Chep Pallet Lifter for Production & Packing Lines

This Packing Line Lifter is specifically designed for production and packing lines, wherever UK Chep pallets (size 1000mm x 1200mm) are packed & unpacked.
Chep pallets are difficult to handle due to their bottom runners and are usually lifted with a straddle stacker truck, a lift table with a ramp, or via a pit mounted lift table. But most straddle stackers and tables with ramps are too large to be used in the confines of a packing line. Additionally, it is messy and expensive to dig the pit required for a mounted table.
The Packing Line Lifter solves the problem. It is purpose built with Chep pallet dimensions small enough to slot into most packing and production lines. The pallet can be lowered all the way to the floor, eliminating the need for a pit or ramp.
Able to lift and transport Chep pallets, manual, semi electric and fully powered options are available. The Lifter is also available in stainless steel, for high care food and pharma applications.
