From Danish manufacturer Logitrans, the Rotator Inox is a unique and customisable solution to lifting, turning and tipping boxes and crates. Different sized boxes with widths between 800mm and 1200mm can be handled and up to 1000kg can be lifted and turned. A choice of lift heights is available.
The Rotator's side tilting forks allow easy access to contents of boxes, crates, stillages and dolavs without stretching, bending and straining your back. It can rotate up to 180 degrees each way, so boxes can be tipped and completely emptied if required.
With a fork chassis manufactured from high grade AISI 316L stainless steel, the Rotator Inox is designed for dry environments in food and pharmaceutical industries, where hygienic handling of goods is essential. The Rotator Inox has a smooth polished pharma finish, which means few hiding places places for bacteria. The Rotator Inox has electric lift/lower and rotate, with optional all-electric powered drive (no operator effort required).
The Rotator Inox can be built with wrapover support legs, suitable for handling open box pallets via sides where bottom runners are not present. If you are handling closed box pallets with bottom runners, then a Rotator Inox with straddle support legs is also available.
Optional box plates are available when turning cardboard boxes or other containers with non rigid sides (watch video).
Customise your Rotator: for non standard box & crate sizes, IBC tanks, mixing vessels & containers and other items, the Rotator can be supplied with custom bespoke fork types, fork widths, fork lengths and other custom features. It can be built with a chute, to assist when emptying or pouring product (see video). It can also be supplied with a multi-purpose carriage and customised with special features, to lift and turn non palletised goods, such as Euro bins & tote bins. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your application.
As an option, a standard (painted) Rotator with a stainless steel fork carriage is also available. A semi stainless steel Rotator may be a cheaper solution for applications where a fully stainless steel lifter is not needed, but where stainless is required on surfaces in direct contact with goods.
