Logitrans SELF Maxi 1003 & SELF Maxi 1203, Powered Stacker Truck, 1200kg & 1000kg

The Logitrans SELF Maxi is Danish designed and built to excellent standards. The big brother of the SELF Mini, the Maxi is designed for frequent use, heavy pallet handling applications and is available in capacities 1000kg and 1200kg. All Logitrans products are backed up with a manufacturer's 2 year parts warranty.

The Maxi has a strong construction and powerful drive motor, housed in a compact, manoeuvrable and very user friendly design. With fully powered lift and drive, it is an excellent choice for handling pallets in larger warehouses, retail shops and stores. When loading and unloading delivery vehicles, it is a safer and cheaper alternative to a forklift truck. With its customisable features, it is also the perfect multi-tasker: this stacker truck can load a pallet, transport and turn a drum, and lift heavy machinery via a jib crane arm.

The standard SELF Maxi has an adjustable fork span from 350mm to 560mm*. Other adjustable spans are available (350-800mm / 350-920mm) For very large pallets, an extra large fork span of 560mm - 1056mm is also available. Extra short and extra long fork lengths and support leg lengths are available (600mm, 800mm or 1520mm). 

As an option, stainless steel forks are available for applications where higher hygiene or corrosion resistance is required on surfaces in direct contact with goods being handled. A fully stainless steel version is also available, for high care areas in food and pharmaceutical environments.

For fragile, or expensive goods that require careful handling, an optional slow lowering valve will lift goods slowly and carefully, preventing them from being damaged by sudden stops when lifting & lowering (see video).

This fully powered stacker truck has wrapover forks for handling open pallets (eg EUR pallets) via sides where bottom runners are not present. When working at higher lift heights, the transparent safety screen and duplex mast design gives the operator optimum view conditions. Customise your SELF Maxi: special fork sizes and fork types are available for handling non standard pallets, box pallets, crates, stillages, dolavs and IBCs. The forks can be easily detached and replaced with other attachments (eg boom spear, crane arm, drum forks) for handing non palletised goods.
