Logitrans Logiflex Stacker Truck with Stainless Steel Forks, 1000kg

Available in manual, semi-electric and fully powered versions, the Logitrans Logiflex can be supplied with an optional stainless steel fork carriage. Designed as a more cost effection solution for applications where a fully stainless steel lifter is not needed, but where hygiene demands that surfaces in direct contact with the handled goods are made from stainless steel.

This partly stainless steel stacker truck reduces the risks of product contamination from paint flakes. Semi stainless steel pallet lifters & stackers are particularly useful in food industry applications.

Available with wrapover support legs for open pallets and perimeter base pallets, or straddle support legs for full perimeter base closed pallets. The fork span is adjustable from 350mm - 560mm (wrapover legs), or from 350mm - 800mm (straddle legs). Straddle support legs are adjustable and are available in small, medium, large and extra large widths (see brochure). Alternative fork spans and extra short and extra long fork lengths can also be supplied in stainless steel. Smaller and higher lift heights are available: please contact us for prices.

For fragile, or expensive goods that require careful handling, an optional slow lowering valve will lift goods slowly and carefully, preventing them from being damaged by sudden stops when lifting & lowering (see video).

An alternative fully stainless steel stacker can be supplied for very demanding high care areas in food production, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Choose from the following stacker types:

LFS Mini & LF Mini: manual lift & lower, manual propulsion (for light duty and occasional use applications).

ELFS & ELF: electric lift & lower, manual propulsion.

SELFS Mini & SELF Mini: fully powered lift, lower and drive (for medium duty applications).

SELFS Maxi & SELF Maxi: fully powered lift, lower & drive (for higher lift heights & heavier duty applications).
