Logitrans EHS Inox, EHSI 1000, 1000kg

The EHS Inox stainless steel stacker from Danish manufacturer Logitrans is designed for optimum hygienic handling of goods and to minimise the risk of bacterial contamination.

Logitrans have developed their stainless products for environments where strict hygiene is needed on the surfaces that are in direct contact with the goods being handled (e.g. food production and pharmaceutical).

Customise your EHS Inox: alternative fork spans, fork lengths and fork types are available for handling non standard pallets, IBCs, box pallets, crates, stillages and dolavs. The forks can also be replaced with other attachments (eg drum turner, boom spear, crane arm) for handling non-palletised goods. For fragile, or expensive goods that require careful handling, an optional slow lowering valve will lift goods slowly and carefully, preventing them from being damaged by sudden stops when lifting & lowering (see video).

The design focuses on the safety and ergonomic working conditions of the user. High quality is ensured through an extended test programme and in co-operation with experts in health and safety.

As an option, a standard (painted) stacker with stainless steel forks is also available. This may be a cheaper solution for applications where a fully stainless steel lifter is not needed, but where stainless steel is needed on surfaces in direct contact with goods. For busy packing applications, remote control is available. Level Control saves even more time by automatically adjusting the pallet to the correct working height, as it is packed or unpacked. Level control in stainless steel is also available (watch video).
